Lend a hand
to our two frontlines
Off Their Plate is a grassroots movement that began with a simple idea: rally around the tireless frontline COVID healthcare workers and restore work and livelihoods to our community frontline workforce.
We can do more than stay home. Off Their Plate is a conduit for the community to provide during a moment of crisis: nutritious meals to the hospital teams we depend on, and jobs to those who have lost them.
Together, we can help take one thing Off Their Plate.
What we provide
Nutrient-dense, uplifting meals for our frontline hospital workers. Powered by our local restaurants and workforce.
Groceries for those who can't make the trip. Packed with care by community workforce.
Our mission is simple
… who in turn make meals to feed our frontline healthcare providers

How it began
Off Their Plate was born over breakfast, where most good ideas originate. By dinner, the initiative brought on two of Boston’s top chefs: Tracy Chang (PAGU) and Ken Oringer (Little Donkey, Toro, Uni, Coppa) and our first hospital: Brigham and Women’s. In a little over a week, Off Their Plate had raised over $210k in donations and launched in Boston, San Francisco, New York, Pittsburgh, and Los Angeles.
This work is powered by a coalition of private citizens, medical students, socially-minded restaurant owners, hospital leaders and the communities around them. If you would like to join our effort or contribute in a creative way, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
