We (OTP) are using our collective abilities and cross-industry knowledge to amass resources to empower, evolve, and help independent restaurants and their teams to reimagine their role in a more just and equitable food system. Our research and reports will be supported by factual data from OTP restaurant partners, reviewed by industry experts, and published through collective efforts from OTP volunteer team members.
